Gisele Bündchen has an easy tip for fans who want to feel their best — experience the great outdoors.
“[Someone once asked,] ‘What’s your best wellness treatment?’ and I say, ‘Nature is my best wellness treatment,’” she recently told People.
“Just feeling the sun, taking a dip in the ocean, running on the sand and feeling the grass on my feet. Just being in nature just gives you energy.
“It just makes you feel good.”
The supermodel recently made Miami, Fla., her new home base for her and the three kids she shares with ex Tom Brady, and said the Sunshine State is exactly what she needed.
“It’s been nice. It’s been nice to be outdoors,” she explained.

“I love the sunshine. [Wherever] the sun is, I feel like the happiest, always,” she continued.
“The sun just makes you feel good. People are like, ‘Oh, it’s so hot,’ but I’m like, ‘I love it.’ I love the heat.”
The “Nourish” cookbook author, who has a new partnership with Gaia Herbs, also recently shared the secret to her extremely jacked arms as of late — adding weight training to her workout regimen.

“It just helps you feel stronger,” she told Women’s Health, adding that she prefers to lift 10 pounds or fewer with increasing repetitions.
Sometimes, however, she’ll up the weight to 25 pounds and do fewer reps.
