An Oak Forest man died after suffering multiple gunshot wounds in Crestwood while two people were shot to death Wednesday in Riverdale, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
In Crestwood, Jermayne Watkins, 28, of the 5100 block of 167th Street in Oak Forest, suffered multiple gunshot wounds Tuesday in the 14000 block of South Cicero Avenue in Crestwood, according to the office.

He was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:44 p.m. and his death was ruled a homicide, according to the office. Police were not available to provide any other information.
In the 14100 block of South Atlantic Avenue in Riverdale, the office reported the shooting deaths of two people.

They were both pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 9 p.m. Wednesday, and one person had suffered multiple gunshot wounds while the other died from a gunshot wound to the head, according to the office.
Both were reported as homicides, and because their families had not yet been notified of their deaths, the office couldn’t give any information about the two people. No additional information was available from police Friday.
