Oct. 24 (UPI) — Sports company TKO Holdings Thursday announced acquisition of Professional Bull Riders, On Location and IMG in an all-equity transaction with Endeavor Holdings Inc. worth $3.25 billion. The deal is expected to broaden TKO’s focus beyond its current operation of leagues to expand into luxury hospitality and media rights consultancy. Advertisement
TKO also said it will use up to $2 billion for a stock buyback program of its Class A common stock, along with a quarterly cash dividend program.
