Revealing Yet Another Medical Condition, Stephen Nedoroscik Reveals How It Forced Him to Abandon Favorite Pastime: “Had to Stop”

Stephen Nedoroscik has once again revealed yet another medical condition of his. Well, for the gymnastics world, Nedoroscik is a crucial variable in the latest scheme of things. Not only did he help Team USA break the 16-year-old jinx by winning an Olympic medal, ‘The Pommel Horse Guy’ has contributed to the sport in so many ways. In recent times, the craze for women’s gymnastics has skyrocketed significantly.
With the meteoric rise of names such as Simone Biles, Rebeca Andrade, Jordan Chiles, and more, audiences have shown particular interest in women’s gymnastics. At the same time, men’s gymnastics has steadily lost ground due to a lack of prominent names at the national and international levels. And this is where the magic of Stephen Nedoroscik comes in. He not only won a couple of Olympic medals but also seems to know how to sell the fame game.
In a recent interview with Mythical Kitchen on YouTube, Stephen Nedoroscik opened up about his allergy. Admitting to having a hard time putting in the calories during the Olympics, the ‘Clark Kent’ of gymnastics recalled his food allergy. Nedoroscik stated, “Basically, my throat swells up when I eat certain foods. So I had to stop eating ice cream for a while. I had to find a substitute for ice cream for the last six months. We found that tiramisu is such a good food for my throat.”

Stephen Nedoroscik has a similar appearance to DC’s Clark Kent. One of the main reason for the same is his identical specs. Now, Nedoroscik has a pretty solid reason for wearing them. He has been dealing with an eye condition named coloboma. It is known to be a childhood condition with complications in the retina, iris, or optic disc.
