Yes, the 10-year-old recently did a solo and team photoshoot wearing her new volleyball gear. As expected, Daddy James was bursting with pride and shared the series of his daughter’s images on his latest Instagram post. As it turns out, Zhuri was dawning the number 6 jersey, paying homage to her father. Obviously, LBJ wore that number with the Miami Heat and for a brief period during his Lakers tenure. He even represented the USA in the Olympics wearing that number.
Sure enough, Savannah James could not hold back her excitement and shared the post about Bron’s proud girl dad moment on her IG story, with multiple heart eyed emojis.

Well, the superstar couple has constantly supported their daughter in her volleyball journey. Just last year, LBJ shared a video from one of her games, where the Lakers star could be seen cheering for Zhuri from the stands after she got multiple points off her serves, “Do your thing munchkin. Do your thing.” It looks like the Class of 2033 athlete is going to be a big volleyball star. Sure enough, even LeBron’s 159 million IG followers were ecstatic to see Zhuri carry her dad’s legacy forward.

One netizen claimed the nod to LBJ was a pure sign of flex by the ten-year-old, “‘Yes, my dad is LeBron James’ pure flex.” When you are the daughter of arguably the greatest player ever, a little flex is justified. Moreover, there was happiness all around that LBJ’s legacy would live on through Zhuri even after he retires as one wrote, “Like Father, Like Daughter. 🐐❤️” while another fan gave her the nickname “LeZhuri.”

Meanwhile, one netizen even went into nostalgia mode and claimed, “‘Blocked by James’ lives on. Love it” obviously referring to LeBron’s iconic Game 7 block on Andre Iguodala during the 2016 NBA Finals. A moment that is forever etched in sports history. And now, that same announcement can be used for Zhuri when she gets a block during one of her volleyball games. One fan simply wrote, “SHE’S DESTINED FOR GREATNESS 🙌🙌🙌”

Obviously, Bronny recently created history by teaming up with his dad in the NBA and is now turning into a solid young star playing for the South Bay Lakers.
