I’ve been using it for over two years, or whenever it first came out. I love that it can go on your face and your body, and it just gives you that … People always think I have had a facial. It’s like a dusting without the overly sparkly, glittery look — like a dusting of sun. And then I use it on my legs and on my arms, just to get a little shimmer. It adds that little touch.

My friend Alix Strauss is the writer. She also writes for the New York Times. I didn’t know what to expect, but it’s this oddly funny and dark-humor book. I think it’s 26 stories of different events that happened, and I’m just very entertained by it. So that’s the book I’m reading right now. I love to read, but I don’t get to often. Since I’ve had kids, it’s just been a huge struggle. The other day, my husband and I had a day date on a weekday and I read almost the entire book, and I was like, “I miss this so much,” because I’m a big reader. I don’t know about you, but I don’t like to read if I’m going to get interrupted every five seconds; I can’t focus. So I don’t even want to if that’s the case.

I put the cream and the masks on first thing every morning to de-puff my eyes. I feel like they’re getting puffier as I’m getting older. I just do my whole morning routine with the patches on — like making the kids breakfast and lunch. If I’m working at home, I’ll even continue to wear them until I have to peel them off. I’ll leave them on for an hour or an hour and a half.

I have a morning drink that I make with a million ingredients in it, and this is my protein supplement for the morning. In three scoops, you get about 30 grams of protein. You can have it unflavored or flavored. I like the mixed-berry flavor. Just knowing I’m starting off my day with protein helps me hit my goal a lot easier. What’s different about this powder is that your body absorbs 99 percent of it as protein, versus a whey, which is like 60 percent, or an egg, which is 40 percent. So there’s a lot of waste. As women, we’re being told to consume tons of protein, but then your body can’t use all of it, whereas this is 99 percent utilized.

When I’m not in Rebecca Minkoff, I love lounging and I love Suzie Kondi. I just love that they’re flared and easy. I have a matching top to go with these pants: a muscle terrycloth tee. It’s just how I relax. But the pants are also nice enough that if you want to go out to dinner, you could. Just throw on a pair of cute shoes and go out.

It’s the best. I’ve gotten very strict about what I put on my body, so no parabens — all the noes. I’ve been trying to get down to two or three products because I don’t believe that we should be putting a hundred million different complicated chemicals on our skin. I discovered In Your Face creams two or three years ago, and I felt like it was the amount of moisture that my skin needed with really clean ingredients. I find that any time I veer off it, my skin doesn’t look as great. For me, I need a thicker cream, so it’s my go-to.

I think I want to be the person who can wear a Hunza, but I need support — I’ve had four kids, and stuff just needs to be held. I like that Left on Friday has a great structure to it. Usually, it’s double-lined, and the quality is great, and I’ve just become a fan. I interviewed them on my podcast, which is how I met them. If I know I’m not going to see anybody, I’ll do a bikini. If I know I’m going to be around people, I like their one-shoulder one-piece swimsuit.

It looks like soap, and you rub it on your body, and because it’s made of cocoa butter, it melts. Basically, all moisturizers are, like, 90 percent water. This is a hundred-percent moisturizer, and I just like that. After I get out of the shower, I rub the stone all over my body and give myself a little massage at the same time. And it’s clean. She literally bakes it — makes it like chocolate — in her upstate factory. I feel like I’m getting a deeper level of moisture than lotion, which, again, she once said was 90 percent water, and I was like, “Oh, who needs water?”

The collection is really all about bringing the flavor of Rebecca Minkoff to the QVC customer and always having her in the forefront of our design process, thinking about comfort and also being a little more fashion forward. With the QVC line, we can be size inclusive from petite to 3X — which in my main line, due to the size of that business, we don’t offer either one — and we can make it affordable. I think everyone’s tired of overspending on fashion. And they don’t want fast fashion, so to be able to offer that is really great. This is my favorite: the leopard jacket and the leopard cigarette pants. I would wear these as a set. This morning, I also tried the jacket on with the black jeans, too. That would be the only two ways I would wear it. I always tell women to buy something that makes them slightly uncomfortable — not physically but, like, Can I do that? stylewise. To me, that’s always what you’re given the most compliments for. Go out of your comfort zone. Again, if you need to play it safe, wear black or white jeans with the leopard jacket.
