Impact Grants divulged by health care group

The Lewis-Clark Valley Healthcare Foundation announced Friday the 15 recipients of its Large Impact Grants, which total $770,000 this round.
The foundation serves north central Idaho, southeastern Washington and Wallowa County in Oregon. It was established in 2017 by former Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden as part of the sale of St. Joseph Medical Center, a not-for-profit, to RCCH Healthcare Partners, a for-profit business.
A list of recipients, purposes for the money and amounts follows:
Circles of Caring Adult Day Health Foundation Inc. for 2025 general operating funds, $25,000.
Community Health Association of Spokane (dba CHAS Health) for SoCHAS Patient Assistance Program, $60,000.
Craigmont Quick Response Rescue Unit Inc. for the Zoll X Series Monitor/Defibrillator purchase, $40,000.
Family Promise of LC Valley Inc., $25,000.
Family Promise of the Palouse for the shelter services and homeless prevention programs added service of “Housing Healthy Families,” $91,776.
Idaho Foodbank Warehouse Inc. (dba The Idaho Foodbank) for the Hunger Relief in North Central Idaho Program, $70,000.
Interlink Inc. for Care for Caregivers, $64,400.
LC Valley Youth Resource Center Inc. for Youth Resource Center Drop-in and Overnight Programs, $85,000.
Red Door Food Kitchen/First Christian Church for The Red Door Food Kitchen, $25,000.
Rosalia Volunteer Firefighters Association for the Automated CPR device purchase, $12,000.
Sojourners Alliance for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Rental Assistance program, $30,000.
Snake River Community Clinic for the AMP up! The Safety-Net Clinic! (AMP: Access More Prevention program), $84,000.
St. Vincent de Paul Society – Moscow Conference of St. Francis of Assisi for the emergency housing, rent, medical care and utilities fund-Latah County, $50,000.
Upriver Youth Leadership Council (UYLC) for the Kamiah Recovery Community Center continuation, $82,824.
Valley Community Center for the Footcare Wellness Project, $25,000.
These grant recipients will be recognized at a celebration Nov. 13, according to a news release from the foundation.
Earlier this year, the foundation awarded 61 Fast Track Grants totaling $436,320.20. The foundation’s total giving in 2025 is more than $1.2 million, according to the news release.
