Single and two-person households could receive as little as $12 in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program funding for November, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture memo dated Tuesday.
The memo, sent to regional SNAP directors, covered the 50% food stamp payments families would receive for this month as a result of the ongoing federal government shutdown.
That guidance included a chart of the maximum and minimum payment for households before deductions.
