Strategist associate editor Jeremy Rellosa has logged hundreds of miles in his Gel-Nimbus running shoes. “I’ve been using them for all sorts of runs for marathon training: long runs, faster-tempo sessions, and easy morning laps around the park,” he says. While he did notice a difference in cushioning after about 350 miles, the sneakers otherwise felt just as cushioned and forgiving as they did on his first run with them. The Gel-Nimbus 27s are being discontinued now that the newer 28 model is out, so get them while they’re on sale and before they sell out.
