Duke was named the No. 1 overall seed of the 2026 NCAA men’s tournament on Selection Sunday.
The Blue Devils will compete in the East Region and face No. 16 Siena in a first round matchup on Thursday, March 19 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, S.C.

No. 8 seed Ohio State will take on No. 9 seed TCU in the other East Region game on Thursday in Greenville, S.C.
South Region games on Thursday at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena include No. 6 seed North Carolina vs. No. 11 seed Virginia Commonwealth and No. 3 seed Illinois vs. No. 14 seed Penn.
