Adrian Wojnarowski Announces WWE Partnership, New St. Bonaventure Legacy Title

Former sports columnist and reporter Adrian Wojnarowski shocked the sports media landscape when he announced in September of 2024 that he was leaving ESPN and retiring from sports journalism.
This announcement came after he was diagnosed with early-stage prostate cancer.

Instead, Woj is now the general manager of the men’s basketball team at St. Bonaventure University.
Now, less than a few months into his tenure, Wojnarowski is already making massive moves.

On Dec. 12, 2024, Wojnarowski announced alongside WWE that St. Bonaventure and the professional wrestling promotion have agreed to a multi-year licensing deal.
