LEMONT, IL — After a few years of offering a variety of pop-up classes in the community, Barre It All Fitness is opening its new location in Lemont on Sunday.
The fitness studio is at 606 State St., Founder Kelly Lucio told Patch. Barre It All Fitness also has locations in Frankfort and Mount Greenwood. Lucio said the studio offers a variety of classes “designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals while having fun.”
“Our signature barre class combines Pilates and yoga to create a full-body workout that strengthens, tones and improves flexibility,” Lucio said. “We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and motivated to reach their personal fitness goals.” Lucio said whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, there will be certified instructors dedicated to providing guidance and encouragement.
