Like past iterations, the Kroger Wellness Festival allows attendees to hear from professional athletes, pick up health tips and score some freebies. Here’s everything you need to know.
What is the Kroger Wellness Festival?
The Kroger Wellness Festival is the nation’s largest health and wellness festival, per the event’s website. The two-day event celebrates physical, mental and emotional health by hosting fitness activities, panel discussions, cooking demos, exhibitions, classes and live music.
This year, over 200 sponsors will educate attendees on their brands through live activations and free samples.
When and where is the Kroger Wellness Festival?
The 2025 festival runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 26 and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 27 on Fifth Street in downtown Cincinnati. The festival starts at Main Street and ends on Columbia Parkway.

What roads will close for the Kroger Wellness Festival?
To accommodate the event, the city of Cincinnati will close the following streets. The roads will remain closed until 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29:
Tuesday, Sept. 23, starting at 6 p.m.
Sentinel Street from Fifth Street to Eggleston Street.
Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 9 a.m.
Fifth Street from Main Street to Columbia Parkway.
Sycamore Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street.
Broadway Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street.
Leslie Alley from Fourth Street to Fifth Street.
Pike Street from Fourth Street to Fifth Street.
A marked detour will be in place directing drivers to northbound I-71 and I-471. Drivers are reminded to use caution around the event site and to use alternate routes if possible.

For the safety and security of festival attendees, the use of carts, wagons, suitcases, strollers without children, duffle bags, oversized backpacks, roller bags and wheeled carriers are prohibited.
