The dispensary I go to for wax makes me leave with a warning flier about THC every time I make a purchase, no matter how many times I’ve been in there. The budtenders say it’s a state requirement and they have to do it. The state initially responded by saying that customers don’t have to carry out a flier with every purchase , and that dispensaries could meet the requirement by providing the pamphlets at the point of sale and directing purchasers to the resource.
