Frazer Clarke Injury Update: 3 Breaks, Wired Jaw After Brutal Knockout Loss to Fabio Wardley

Frazer Clarke gave fans multiple reasons to worry about him when he went toe-to-toe against Fabio Wardley this past Saturday. The British boxer never looked settled in the fight, as he absorbed multiple power shots initially and a powerful right hook on his temple flatlined him. What caused uproar was a crooked jaw and a dent on the left side of the head, which left viewers feeling uncomfortable and concerned for his health. They might breathe easy now.
Notably, Clarke, 33, and Wardley, 29, met in the ring this March, where they fought to a draw. A rematch soon followed but unlike their first affair, Clarke, at 8-1-1, left the Kingdom Arena on a stretcher. After spending a few nights in the hospital, he was back on a flight home, where he met Gareth A. Davies, and provided an update on his health. Davies turned to his X handle and disclosed the conversation he had with Clarke. The boxing journalist revealed that the boxer was feeling okay, but his jaw was wired and had three breaks.

Davis then shared the message that Clarke asked him to tell Wardley. The Staffordshire native admitted that he had never been hit that hard. Davis penned, “Fraze said to tell big @FabioWardley “Well done mate, Ive been in boxing a very long time and no one has ever hit that hard. I’m proud of the 13rds we’ve had together.” Really pleased to see Big Fraze on way home… heart lifted.”
