Hit-And-Run Hospitalized Pedestrian In Burlington County: Police

MEDFORD, NJ — A driver was charged Thursday after striking and seriously injuring a pedestrian with his vehicle before fleeing the scene in Burlington County, authorities said.
The hit-and-run occurred at about 11:30 a.m. in the parking lot of 666 Stokes Rd., Medford, according to police. The address belongs to Murphy’s Marketplace, a grocery store.
The victim potentially sustained a fractured or dislocated hip and ankle and was transported via helicopter to Cooper Trauma Center, authorities said.
