Furthermore, he added, “But it’s great. It worked for him“. Titan also emphasized that things such as cold showers do not necessarily have any bad effects. Thus he stated, “Yeah stuff like that doesn’t do anything to you in a negative way. Except probably just doesn’t set you up in a happy mood. I like my warm showers.”

In the caption of his post he wrote, “It’s a little embarrassing that after 45 years of research & study, the best advice I can give people is to be a little kinder to each other.”
