The Kroger Wellness Festival, a free two-day health and wellness event, takes over downtown Cincinnati this weekend.
The festivities are on Fifth Street from Sept. 26-27, starting at Main Street and ending on Columbia Parkway, according to Kroger’s website.
The Kroger Wellness Festival, dubbed America’s largest health and wellness event, features over 200 sponsors and several fitness activities, panel discussions, tastings, classes and live music across five stages this year. Due to this, several roads in Cincinnati will close.

Cincinnati road closures for the Kroger Wellness Festival
To accommodate the event, the city of Cincinnati has closed the following streets. The roads will remain closed until 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29:
Tuesday, Sept. 23, starting at 6 p.m.
Sentinel Street from Fifth Street to Eggleston Street.
Wednesday, Sept. 24, at 9 a.m.
Fifth Street from Main Street to Columbia Parkway.
Sycamore Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street.
Broadway Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street.
Leslie Alley from Fourth Street to Fifth Street.
Pike Street from Fourth Steet to Fifth Street.
A marked detour will be in place directing drivers to northbound I-71 and I-471. Drivers are reminded to use caution around the event site and to use alternate routes if possible.
