Recently my companion underwent extensive surgery involving a hip replacement at Kootenai Health. She had been there a few years ago recuperating from a minor heart attack.
I cannot emphasize enough the expert care she received from the surgeon, nurses, therapists, and all related personnel to the section where she was assigned.
Kootenai Health is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. Having experience with other medical facilities, including NYU Medical Center in New York City, I would rank Kootenai Health as one of the very best. We are very fortunate to have such an outstanding medical facility here in North Idaho.
