CHAPIN, S.C. — A large new business development is getting underway in Chapin.
It’s called the Lake Murray Business Park, and when Chapin Commercial Construction builds it, it will be a place for retail stores and offices.
Developers say the park will be located on an 8.14-acre tract of land at Chapin Road and Primrose Lane.
Chapin Commercial Construction CFO Caroline Lindler says the plan is to house all types of businesses, including professional and medical offices, boutiques and more, in one space.
