Manchester United are considering a move for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen as part of Ruben Amorim’s summer rebuild, according to Sky Sports journalist Melissa Reddy.
The Red Devils are reportedly eyeing two new attackers after the season and have earmarked Osimhen as an option, alongside Ipswich Town sensation Liam Delap and Wolves star Matheus Cunha.
Osimhen, who is spending the season on loan at Galatasaray, is expected to leave Napoli in the summer, with his contract in Italy now entering its final 15 months.
The Nigeria international is likely to demand a hefty salary from his next club, with reports claiming he is eyeing around a £360,000-a-week wage.

According to Reddy, Man United could reinvest the money received for Marcus Rashford this summer into a new striker, although it remains to be seen whether Aston Villa will trigger their £40m buy option clause.
Unai Emery’s side have not yet decided on the England international’s future at the club, although United are already looking at players who could replace him in Amorim’s rebuild at Old Trafford.
Osimhen, praised as ‘the best striker in the world’, has emerged as an option, with his strong performances in Turkey attracting attention from several Premier League clubs.
The 26-year-old has scored 29 goals and provided six assists in 33 appearances for Galatasaray this season, including eight goal involvements in the Europa League.
