A teenage hockey player died after experiencing a medical episode during a game in New York on Saturday, officials said.

Connor Kasin, a senior at Massapequa High School on Long Island, collapsed during a Saturday night game held in support of a foundation established by the parents of Sabrina Navaretta, a 19-year-old from the area who died in a car crash in April 2023.
The Incident
The Nassau County Police Department reported that bystanders at the Bethpage, New York, skating rink were administering CPR when officers and medics arrived on the scene.
