This $16 Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt Wellness Trio Is Gift-Worthy

This $16 Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt Wellness Trio Is The Self-Care Gift On Everybody’s List
You’ll get three types of Epsom salts that reviewers say leave skin soft, mood mellow and your bathroom smelling like a fancy spa.
I’d like to tell you how much I love Dr. Teal’s, but unfortunately, that would require me to get out of the tub. Jokes aside, the brand makes truly amazing body products. And with the holidays coming up and the weather getting colder, this “wellness trio” of soothing bath salts caught my eye. Comprised of three 3-pound bags of the brand’s beloved Epsom salt, reviewers call the perfect “self-care gift,” leaving “your skin soft, your mood mellow and your bathroom smelling like a fancy retreat.”
You’ll get soothing lavender, restorative rosemary and mint and zen-inducing eucalyptus and spearmint soaking solutions — for much cheaper buying them separately. What’s better than treating a loved one to a relaxing and restful home spa day? How about treating them to three different types of bath upgrades for just $16?

These aren’t your average bath salts…
Dr. Teal’s is made from pure Epsom salt — a mineral recommended by numerous podiatrists and medical experts for pain relief and restoration.
According Dr. Pegah Panirian, a podiatrist at The Feet Institute of Los Angeles, Epsom salt can be absorbed into the skin to relax your muscles, reduce swelling and offer pain relief. Dr. Patrick McEneaney, a podiatrist and owner/CEO of Northern Illinois Foot & Ankle Specialists, recommends regular soaks for your entire body or just your feet, if you’re dealing with pain. “When people have muscle joint aches, some warm and salt soaks can be soothing and can help them feel better,” McEneaney previously told HuffPost. (He also recommended staying away from bath products with added perfumes and dyes.)
“After a workout or a particularly long day on my feet, a soak with these Epsom salts makes a noticeable difference in easing general aches and soreness,” reviewer VM wrote. “The salt crystals dissolve completely and quickly in warm water, so there’s no gritty texture left at the bottom of the tub, which I appreciate.”
The trio is made from just salt and essential oils — no dyes or perfumes here!
Because it’s so gentle, Dr. Teal’s can be a great universal present for loved ones with sensitive skin or for people you don’t know that well, like coworkers, in-laws or for a White Elephant/Secret Santa.

As someone who can get a rash just by looking at a bath bomb, I swear by Dr. Teal’s for bringing the vibes without the irritation. Other users with sensitive skin and sensitivity to smells seem to agree, saying, “the salts are in no way irritating for eczema/sensitive skin like other scented salts.” Reviewers celebrate how “brilliantly” the salt dissolves, making it more relaxing for you in the bath and not leaving stains or marks in your tub after you’ve gotten out.
For the most effective bath, the brand recommends pouring about 2 cups of salt into a running bath and soaking for at least 20 minutes. Reviewers like how the scent “fills the bathroom,” helping you get and stay relaxed, even when you’re out of the tub, helping them unwind, get ready for bed or just relax during a long, cold day.
The brand says the lavender is aimed at calming and soothing before bed, the eucalyptus and spearmint is intended to help clear your senses and reduce stress (perfect for cold and flu season) and the rosemary and mint is made to help soften skin and bring comfort to sore muscles.

“Overall, it elevates a simple bath into a more therapeutic experience,” a fan wrote. “It’s a straightforward product that does exactly what it promises, providing a simple and effective way to relax both body and mind.”
