EVERETT — A women’s health and wellness 5K run “dedicated to uplifting women’s heart health, family fitness and women’s voices” is taking place in Marysville on Saturday.
The Women’s Health and Wellness Freedom Run 2025 starts 9 a.m. Saturday at Ebey Waterfront Park, 1401 First Street in Marysville, according to a press release. The event is hosted by BRE Innovative Solutions.
“Our work focuses on student wellness and community health,” said Autrina Matindale, founder of BRE Innovative Solutions, in an email. “We support local students, women, and girls by building resilience and community connection.”
In addition to the 5K run and walk, the event will include vendors, speakers and activities to promote healing, unity and resource access.
