The regular season is over in SEC women’s basketball, what’s next? Perhaps the toughest tournament in all of women’s college hoops, the 2026 SEC women’s basketball tournament.
Beginning Wednesday in Greenville, SC, the 16 women’s hoops teams will come together to decide who receives the automatic bid to the 2026 NCAA women’s basketball tournament.
Four teams received double-byes and won’t begin their tournament till Friday:
South Carolina
Vanderbilt
Texas
LSU
Seeds 5-8 will start a day early on Thursday as they’ll face the winners of Wedneday’s action.
Oklahoma
Tennessee
Ole Miss
Georgia

Wednesday and Thursday’s action will start at 10 a.m. CST on SEC Network. Friday’s action will start at 11 a.m. CST with two on ESPN and a night session on SEC Network starting at 5 p.m. CST. Saturday’s semifinals are at 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. CST on ESPN. Sunday’s final will start at 2 p.m. on ESPN.
