EAST RUTHERFORD − The Giants did not take quarterback Jaxson Dart out of the game during the third quarter on Sunday.
The medical spotter did.
So the rookie was removed and headed to the medical tent on the Giants’ sideline. Russell Wilson entered the game and was sacked on his first play. He then completed a pass to Wan’Dale Robinson, but the play was stopped way short of the sticks, resulting in a punt.
Dart was examined and returned to the bench. The Giants did officially announce Dart is dealing with a left hamstring injury, but started the second half.
