MURRELLS INLET, S.C. (WCSC) – Georgetown County deputies are seeking the public’s help in finding a missing pregnant woman with medical conditions.
Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Jason Lesley says 23-year-old Juliet Lanae Martin, who is 16 weeks pregnant, went missing from Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital in Murrells Inlet in the early hours of Monday morning.

Martin reportedly suffers from “serious” medical issues.
Deputies say she was last seen on security footage at the hospital loading dock around 4 a.m. with blue scrubs and socks on. She was seen heading west.
Martin has dark red hair and is about 5’7” and about 186 pounds.
Deputies are actively searching the area.
