Tara Lipinski Shares Her Favorite Wellness Products from Saatva, Celluma, and More

Tara Lipinski is setting the gold standard for creating moments of self-care.
The gold medalist and The Traitors contestant partnered with Saatva as a brand ambassador in 2025 and has since incorporated many of its products into her self-care routine. This has become increasingly important as Lipinski navigates rebuilding her home after the devastating Palisades fires last January.
“I love curating a space that makes me feel like it’s special and a place to relax,” Lipinski exclusively tells PEOPLE. She worked with interior designer Shelby Dee to pull design inspiration for her new space, adding that she loves items like vintage rugs or fashion-inspired pieces that “have meaning” and feel “personalized.”
We caught up with Lipinski to find out which self-care products and housewares she’s utilizing while she rebuilds her home.

“Saatva’s mattress is a nonnegotiable for me,” Lipinski says. “The way that Saatva molds together not just a great mattress and what that is giving your body, but the way it brings in design — it brings in this touch of luxury.”
She adds that the ergonomic latex mattress helps give her “all the benefits you want [for] a good night’s sleep,” thanks to design features like a dual-sided flippable design, a breathable cotton cover, and vented airflow channels to offer pressure relief and lumbar support. Lipinski loves Saatva’s down alternative pillow so much that she brings it everywhere, confiding that she even stuffed one into her suitcase for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan. “It’s so important for me with all my injuries to have the right firmness,” she shares. As a longtime lover of antiques, Lipinski loves to incorporate vintage-inspired touches throughout her bedroom — like “tiny little vintage vases,” which she’ll use to “put a rose or two on my nightstand,” she tells PEOPLE.
In a panel discussion with Modern Luxury before our interview, Lipinski shared a bit more about how her love for vintage pieces began. “As a young girl, my mom was into French antiques, and she would take me antique shopping from the time I was 15 years old,” she said. “I became obsessed with it.”
To lend your bedroom a vintage-inspired look like Lipinski’s, try placing one or two of these ceramic vases near your bed. They’re designed to look aged and feature pretty floral designs.
“I like crisp, white sheets — that’s my thing,” Lipinski says. While she admits that she loves “all of Saatva’s bedding,” she especially gravitates toward these linen sheets, calling them “so beautiful, crisp, and clean.”
Lipinski is always looking for ways to bring the “elements that go into making that feeling” of nice hotel bedding into her own space, and she notes that this silk pillowcase is at the top of her self-care list. “I love [the] silk for my hair and my face,” she shares. One of Lipinski’s nightly self-care essentials is this red light therapy mask, which has multiple modes to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and breakouts. “It’s easy to travel with — it lies flat and it’s not hard,” she says, adding that she loves using it in bed for “unwinding and getting ready for sleep.”
