Fitell (FTEL) announced a corporate rebrand to GMEX Robotics Corporation to reflect its strategic expansion into AI-powered robotics and intelligent consumer technologies.
The company legally completed its name change on March 2, 2026.
Fitell’s Nasdaq ticker will change from FTEL to GMEX, with trading under the new symbol expected to begin March 12, 2026.
The company will continue operating its fitness and health products business, which will serve as a research base for human movement and ergonomics.
FTEL shares up over 11% premarket.
