The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and Women’s Biz Net are holding the Women’s Wellness Expo & Mixer on Thursday, October 16, from 5–8 p.m. at Makray Memorial Golf Club, 1010 S. Northwest Highway, Barrington.
According to a news release, the Expo offers an evening devoted to women’s wellness, featuring a wide variety of resources to help women feel, look, and live their best. Guests will enjoy a complimentary wine tasting, hearty appetizers, raffle prizes, giveaways, and the chance to connect with women who share a commitment to health and success, the release said.
Attendees will explore services across the full spectrum of care, including family medicine, gynecology, breast and pelvic health, dental and cosmetic dentistry, counseling, chiropractic, physical therapy, pain management, fitness, skin care, and aesthetics, the release said.
The Expo will also feature opportunities in energy healing, astrology, photography, and community wellness, bringing together traditional healthcare providers alongside creative and holistic resources under one roof.
“This event is about giving women the chance to step away from their busy schedules and focus on themselves,” Suzanne Cox, Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce President/CEO, said in the release. “It’s both a social evening and an opportunity to discover local resources that support health, balance, and confidence.”
